Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an eligible item, please email us at support@barelytamed.com within 14 days of the delivery date. In order for us to process your return, the item(s) must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. If the item(s) meet these requirements, we will issue a store credit or refund for the original cost of the item. Please note that shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@barelytamed.com
Please note that items purchased during sales (Black Friday, End of Summer Sale, etc.) are FINAL SALE and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Also, coupons, promotional codes, and sales cannot be combined or applied to existing orders.
In case of cancellation, Barely Tamed will deduct Credit Card/PayPal/Sezzle fees from the refund.

What is the shipping policy?
Almost all orders will ship within 24 hours! Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide photos on each product. Most of our sizing is slightly oversized and fits children who are within the 50th percentile.
